In just a few days, our country will have its midterm elections, and the following week we celebrate Veterans Day. To me, these two events go together.
Here is why: Occasionally, I meet someone who tells me they are not going to vote in an upcoming election for a variety of reasons not related to health issues or other unique circumstances. They usually mention something like a busy travel schedule; not enough time; don’t care for any of the candidates, and so on.
