The Omar Abdullah-led National Conference government is set to expand its Cabinet on October 27, with three ministerial berths available in the nine-member Council of Ministers. However, coalition partner Congress has said it has no information about the proposed reshuffle, leaving uncertainty over whether the party will join the government.
